UTICA – Goutham Malempati, MD, a hospitalist at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH), has received the designation of fellow in Hospital Medicine. Also designated a fellow in Family Medicine, Malempati has been employed at FSLH since 2007. These credentials were presented as a result of his experience as a hospitalist for many years and his participation in educational programs designed to enhance professional competence and the quality of healthcare provided
Malempati earned his medical degree and bachelor’s degree from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in India. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is a graduate of the St. Elizabeth Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program.
