UTICA – Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Jonathan Eli-Phillips, MD has joined Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Medical Group at its Women’s Health Center.
Prior to joining the MVHS Medical Group, Dr. Eli-Phillips served as an attending OB/GYN at Penn Highlands Medical Center in DuBois, Pennsylvania, and at healthcare organizations throughout the United States.
Dr. Eli-Phillips earned his medical degree in Medicine and Surgery at Odessa Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine. He completed residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York, New York and Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania. He is board certified in OB/GYN.
Dr. Eli-Phillips joins the practice of Dr. Ashraf Aly and is accepting new patients. He can be reached at the MVHS Women’s Health Center at 2212 Genesee Street, Utica at (315) 801-8317.
